HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES

At the moment we have warehouses in California,Australia, China and France and we ship products from closest warehouse to customer’s address. 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We provide free shipping on all orders to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

For the standard shipping, it works as follows :

• Order is placed on day 1
• It usually takes 24 hours (on working days) for handling and shipping
• The Tracking number is sent to the customer (visible online after 1 day)
• Then you have to add the 4-7 working days for the transit
• It could take an additional 24 hours for the local post to deliver depending on the state/province
